Website privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain language, what this website collects and how FHE Health protects the information you share when you call.
Who this notice covers
This website is owned by FHE Health (Deerfield Florida House, Inc.), which runs True Again Care. In this notice, "we" means FHE Health.
This notice covers your visit to this website. When you call admissions or become a patient, FHE Health's Notice of Privacy Practices also applies. It is described below.
What this website collects
- No advertising pixels or session recording. This website does not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or tools that record how you move, click or type on a page.
- Basic server logs. Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site keep technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs are used to keep the site working and secure, not to identify you or to advertise to you.
- No forms. This website does not have forms that collect your name, contact details or health information. If a callback form is added later, we will update this notice before it goes live.
- Phone calls. When you tap a phone number, your phone places a regular call to FHE Health admissions. What you share on that call is handled as described in the next section.
Calls and health information
Calls to FHE Health admissions are confidential. FHE Health handles the health information you share under federal privacy law (HIPAA) and, where it applies, the federal rule for substance use treatment records (42 CFR Part 2).
FHE Health's Notice of Privacy Practices explains how it may use and share health information. It also explains your rights, such as getting a copy of your records, asking for limits on sharing, and filing a complaint.
FHE Health does not share your treatment details with family members, employers or anyone outside your care team without your permission, except where the law requires it.
Under 42 CFR Part 2, records from federally assisted substance use treatment programs get extra protection. They cannot be used to investigate or prosecute a patient without the patient's written consent or a court order.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent information collected through this website.
- We do not share information from this website for targeted advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever add cookies, we will update this notice first and explain what they do.
Children
This website is meant for adults. FHE Health treats adults, and this website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
This website links to public resources such as SAMHSA, the VA and the Florida Department of Children and Families, and to FHE Health's main website. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Security
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or internet connection is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive health details by email. If you want to share them, call admissions.

We may update this notice. The date below shows the latest version, and we will update it before any change in how the website collects information.
